Matching Whiz

Brielle and I have some time to spend together since Mckenna is at school in the afternoons. It's nice to be able to spend time with my kids one on one. Brielle loves kiwis and I thought I would let her eat as many as she wanted just to see how many she would eat... She ate 7, which was all that we had.

Brielle is so good at matching games. She beats me every time, and I'm not purposely giving her any slack. She is also really good at puzzles too.

I got Evelyn out of her high chair and found puffs stuck to her bum :). Mckenna thought it was pretty funny.

Cousins

It's so nice to live close to Devin and Deanna. They came to visit for the weekend. The girls thought it would be fun to TP Uncle Devin.

Lately

Mckenna and Brielle like pushing Evelyn around in the baby stroller. Evelyn loves it too!

For kindergarten, Mckenna has to do a family project every month. This month was to make a mask. Mckenna designed the mask all on her own... and Brielle copied :)

I love that the girls love books. Both of them will read books forever. We all sit and read together for hours at a time. Mckenna is really catching on to reading and is able to read some books on her own. It's so fun to watch her succeed and progress.

Looks like Evelyn's a third child... I looked down and saw her toe poking out of her pajamas. I guess it's time to retire those ones!

Brielle was supposed to be taking a nap. I could hear her come downstairs, but I thought I would act like I didn't know she had come downstairs just to see what she would do. She sat in the hall for 30 minutes. Then I had to go to the bathroom, so I walked past her and saw this. "If I can't see you, you can't see me!" :)

We started reading The BFG together. Love that book!

Lou

Can't get enough of this girl! Here are a few more pictures. Evelyn's such a good baby. She's so easy going and just goes with the flow.

This is her favorite toy. She will choose it before the other toys every time.

We always get comments on Evelyn's big eyes. She is really observant and (like Brielle as a baby) doesn't smile very easily. She would rather just sit back and watch.

Bowling

We finally tested out the Baker bowling alley. We had a great time! Devin and I didn't realize how out of practice we had become.

Brielle could barely hold the bowling ball. It was too cute.

Mckenna and Brielle kept right up with Devin and I in their scores. I think we need a little practice :). But we had a fun time together, and that's all that matters.

Family Pictures

We finally got updated family pictures. I don't know why it took us so long to do them. They turned out so good, we love them.

Cheeks

Each of our girls have had skinny little legs and huge cheeks. Evelyn definitely follows that trend.

I think her cheeks have been kissed more than any cheeks ever. Between me, Devin, Mckenna, and Brielle, we can't keep our lips away from those soft, squishy cheeks.
