We finally got updated family pictures. I don't know why it took us so long to do them. They turned out so good, we love them.

Cheeks
Each of our girls have had skinny little legs and huge cheeks. Evelyn definitely follows that trend.
I think her cheeks have been kissed more than any cheeks ever. Between me, Devin, Mckenna, and Brielle, we can't keep our lips away from those soft, squishy cheeks.

Soccer Girl
Mckenna started playing soccer this year. The first game, her coach told her where the defenders stand. Mckenna obeyed him and did not move from her spot the whole game.
After the first game, we told Mckenna she would get one piece of candy for each time she touched the ball. The following game, she touched the ball 4 times. The game after that was 12 times. By the end of the season, she had scored 2 goals. (for each goal, she got to get an ice cream cone)

Busy Conference Weekend
Look who is excited for General Conference!
Mckenna likes to peek at Evelyn through the leg hole in her jumperoo. Then Evelyn usually takes the opportunity to step on Mckenna's face (which makes both of them laugh even harder)
The last of our apples. Whew!! That applesauce should last us a little while.
For conference this year, we made up some mystery bags to keep the girls entertained. It worked really well. They enjoyed looking for the corresponding bag when each speaker started.
I guess we had too much fun. Brielle disappeared for a while. We found her on the floor of our bedroom asleep.

New Shoes
A few more apples to put into the dehydrator. That's a full time job every fall!
Brielle sure loves her shoes, especially brand new shoes. She requested that I take pictures of her putting her new shoes on all by herself.
And a picture of some flowers sent by a sweet friend.

Twin Falls
Devin had a conference in Twin Falls for work. Since his work pays for the hotel, gas, and his food, we all decided to join him.
We visited Shoshone Falls
The girls and I spent some time wandering around Target. They can always make me smile :)

Fall
I told myself I wasn't going to do any canning this year... Things have been a little crazy with having Evelyn, being Primary president, and Mckenna starting school. But I just can't pass up a good deal. And for some reason, I kept running into good deals on fruit this year! It was kind of crazy. So, we ended up with 40 pounds of peaches...
70 pounds of pears, and 80 pounds of apples. Yeah, I overdid it! But the pears and apples were $0.15 a pound, who can pass that up? :) Devin was a huge help and we were able to can them all. We actually used every single free jar in the house. I know one thing, it's going to be a yummy winter! Evelyn will especially enjoy it, I'm sure.
We also decided to plant some bulbs to fill an empty spot in our landscaping. I'm excited to see them come spring.
As always, here's a couple of pictures of the girls.
Mckenna and Brielle have really gotten into our new chore charts. They have become big helps!
And Devin and I started doing the Insanity workouts. They are intense! We both have some baby weight to lose :)
